Sitting at the heart of their client and law firm experience, this role is responsible for managing the end-to-end application process, assessing funding eligibility, and building trusted relationships with their partners in family law.

- Apply your family law expertise to assess funding applications from clients and law firms, ensuring they have the financial resources to pursue fair and equitable outcomes.
- Proactively identify potential risks and red flags in applications, using sound judgment to safeguard both client wellbeing and commercial outcomes.
- Build and maintain deep, trust-based relationships with our law firm partners, ensuring their experience is seamless, responsive, and supported.
- Serve as a compassionate, consistent point of contact for clients throughout their journey, providing clarity, confidence, and support.
- Monitor and evaluate the outcomes of funded cases to inform and enhance our credit assessment approach and decision-making framework.
