About the Role

We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Credit Controller to take ownership of the accounts receivable function. In this end-to-end role, you’ll be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing outstanding debts, and building strong relationships with both clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full accounts receivable function, including invoicing and debtor management
  • Upload invoices and bank statements into the system
  • Complete bank reconciliations and clear unallocated payments
  • Allocate funds and reconcile customer accounts in a timely and accurate manner
  • Monitor and follow up on overdue accounts, ensuring timely collections
  • Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders to resolve queries or billing discrepancies
  • Process billing adjustments and reversals in compliance with internal standards
  • Maintain accurate records for compliance and audit purposes
About You
  • 3–5 years’ experience in credit control or accounts receivable
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-first approach
  • Confident in managing client relationships over the phone and by email
  • High attention to detail with solid problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with ERP systems
  • Able to prioritise workload and work independently as well as part of a team
