The opportunity

Our client is an iconic Australian luxury fashion house with a loyal, global community, selling through its own online storefronts, boutiques and wholesale partners. They're moving from calendar-led broadcasting to communications shaped by what each customer actually wants, and this role sits at the centre of that shift.

As the day-to-day owner of Klaviyo, you'll build, fix and scale the automated email and SMS journeys that turn first-time buyers into repeat customers and bring lapsed customers back, working closely with the data, ecommerce, retail and clienteling teams.

What you'll do
  • Own and optimise core flows: welcome, browse and cart abandon, back-in-stock, post-purchase, win-back and VIP
  • Design journeys for the moments that matter most, especially converting first-time buyers into second purchases
  • Build cross-flow logic properly, including frequency caps, suppression rules and exit/re-entry conditions
  • Create behavioural segments and use dynamic content and product feeds so every send feels personal
  • Run a structured testing programme across subject lines, creative, timing, offers and journeys
  • Report on revenue, conversion, repeat purchase rate and retention, not just opens and clicks
  • Own QA and compliance (Spam Act, Privacy Act and international equivalents), and keep the account healthy with clean data and documented logic
  • Keep every email and SMS unmistakably on-brand, from tone to design
About you
  • 5+ years in email, CRM, lifecycle or marketing automation, ideally in fashion, luxury, beauty or DTC ecommerce
  • Deep, hands-on Klaviyo experience, including complex flows, segments and dynamic content (essential)
  • Experience connecting Shopify and retail data into an ESP
  • A track record of lifting retention, repeat purchase or lifetime value
  • Analytical confidence and the ability to turn data into action
  • A genuine eye for design and brand, and an understanding of why tone matters in luxury
  • Meticulous attention to detail, with the ability to juggle multiple journeys at once
  • Nice to have: CDP, clienteling or omnichannel retail data experience, multi-market programmes, basic HTML/CSS, SQL
