About the Role
As the FP&A Analyst, you’ll sit at the heart of strategic and operational decision-making. Reporting directly to the CFO, you’ll be the go-to for financial modelling, performance reporting, and business partnering across sales, operations, and product.
This role isn’t just about crunching numbers, it’s about using data to tell a story, influence direction, and identify opportunities for growth, margin improvement, and smarter decision-making.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Preparing insightful monthly and quarterly performance reports for senior leadership
- Building and enhancing Excel-based financial models to support forecasting, scenario planning, ROI, and pricing decisions
- Driving the annual budgeting and rolling forecast processes across all divisions
- Partnering closely with the Head of Sales to analyse pipeline data, track sales performance, and improve team efficiency through CRM insights
- Supporting pricing and tender strategy with commercial analysis and margin modelling
- Collaborating across Finance, Sales, Product and Operations to ensure alignment between financial goals and operational execution
About You

You’ll bring:
- A degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- At least 3 years' experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or sales operations
- Strong financial modelling and data analysis capability in Excel
- Confident communication and influencing skills, you’re comfortable challenging ideas and presenting to stakeholders
- Experience working with ERP and CRM systems (Salesforce, NetSuite, or similar)
- A curious mindset and willingness to dive into the detail to understand what really drives performance
