  • Driving the annual budgeting and rolling forecast processes across all divisions
  • Partnering closely with the Head of Sales to analyse pipeline data, track sales performance, and improve team efficiency through CRM insights
  • Supporting pricing and tender strategy with commercial analysis and margin modelling
  • Collaborating across Finance, Sales, Product and Operations to ensure alignment between financial goals and operational execution
You’ll have the opportunity to truly influence outcomes, with direct exposure to executives and decision-makers.

  • At least 3 years' experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or sales operations
  • Strong financial modelling and data analysis capability in Excel
  • Confident communication and influencing skills, you’re comfortable challenging ideas and presenting to stakeholders
  • Experience working with ERP and CRM systems (Salesforce, NetSuite, or similar)
  • A curious mindset and willingness to dive into the detail to understand what really drives performance
What’s In It for You?
  • Be part of a growth-focused business with strong backing and ambitious plans
  • Direct access to the CFO and leadership team, not just a number-cruncher, but a commercial partner
  • Scope to expand the role as the business scales, real career development opportunity
  • Broad cross-functional exposure across sales, operations, and product
  • Autonomy and trust to take ownership and drive change
  • Competitive salary package
