About The Role

Make your mark as FP&A Manager in a fast-moving, high-impact role where finance meets strategy. As a core member of the ANZ Finance team, you'll do more than crunch numbers you'll influence commercial direction, drive smarter decisions, and help shape growth across the business.

What you'll be doing:
  • Be a trusted partner to the sales and commercial team, influencing decisions with data-driven insights
  • Own and automate KPI reporting using Power BI, Salesforce, and Excel
  • Drive process improvement by integrating multiple data sources and building effective BI tools
  • Refine and execute the financial operating model to deliver accurate, compliant, and timely reporting
  • Lead the forecasting and budgeting cycle with precision and strategic insight
  • Provide sharp financial analysis across projects, tracking performance against business cases
  • Champion data ownership and storytelling to guide growth strategy and decision-making
  • Interpret trends, flag risks and opportunities, and challenge assumptions to drive performance
  • Leverage competitive market data to inform strategy and pricing
  • Monitor sales territory performance and enhance reporting for commercial teams
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, helping grow internal capability

About You
  • CA/CPA qualified (or equivalent) with a tertiary qualification in Finance, Accounting, or similar
  • Advanced Excel skills, strong Excel modelling skills, with a passion for creating and managing financial models
  • At least 8 years’ experience in FP&A, business partnering, or commercial finance
  • Experience in the Healthcare or FMCG sector - highly regarded.
  • Experience working with ERP systems (SAP preferred), BI tools (PowerBI, Tableau), and CRM data (Salesforce)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a commercial mindset
  • Exceptional communication skills – you know how to turn data into a story and influence non-finance stakeholders
