About The Role

What you'll be doing:
- Be a trusted partner to the sales and commercial team, influencing decisions with data-driven insights
- Own and automate KPI reporting using Power BI, Salesforce, and Excel
- Drive process improvement by integrating multiple data sources and building effective BI tools
- Refine and execute the financial operating model to deliver accurate, compliant, and timely reporting
- Lead the forecasting and budgeting cycle with precision and strategic insight
- Provide sharp financial analysis across projects, tracking performance against business cases
- Champion data ownership and storytelling to guide growth strategy and decision-making
- Interpret trends, flag risks and opportunities, and challenge assumptions to drive performance
- Leverage competitive market data to inform strategy and pricing
- Monitor sales territory performance and enhance reporting for commercial teams
- Mentor and guide junior team members, helping grow internal capability
About You
- CA/CPA qualified (or equivalent) with a tertiary qualification in Finance, Accounting, or similar
- Advanced Excel skills, strong Excel modelling skills, with a passion for creating and managing financial models
- At least 8 years’ experience in FP&A, business partnering, or commercial finance
- Experience in the Healthcare or FMCG sector - highly regarded.
- Experience working with ERP systems (SAP preferred), BI tools (PowerBI, Tableau), and CRM data (Salesforce)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a commercial mindset
- Exceptional communication skills – you know how to turn data into a story and influence non-finance stakeholders
