About the Role
Reporting to the executive leadership team, the General Manager will take ownership of operational performance across several business units.
You will play a key role in strengthening operational capability, improving consistency across offices and building a high performing culture across the organisation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading operational performance across multiple business units
- Supporting and developing Managers and operational leaders
- Driving consistency, accountability and service standards across offices
- Implementing operational improvements, systems and processes
- Partnering with leadership to execute strategic initiatives and growth plans
- Strengthening people leadership, engagement and performance frameworks
- Ensuring the organisation maintains a strong client service culture
About You
You are an experienced operational leader who thrives in multi site environments and enjoys building strong teams and systems that drive performance.
You bring a combination of commercial acumen, operational discipline and strong people leadership capability.
You will likely bring:
- Significant leadership experience across operations, people and performance
- Experience managing multiple business units or regional operations
- Strong ability to coach and develop senior operational leaders
- A track record of improving performance, systems and operational efficiency
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience within professional services, hospitality, retail, property services or similar service based environments is highly regarded
