You will be joining a high-performing commercial team led by an experienced and highly respected sales leader, offering strong mentorship and exposure to national account management practices.

About the Role

This is a key internal-facing account management role responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of national and multi-site B2B customers. 

You will act as the central point of contact for your customers, working closely with sales, operations, and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery, while also identifying opportunities to grow revenue within your portfolio.

This role suits someone commercially minded who enjoys being across the detail, particularly in areas such as quoting, pricing, contract management, and customer reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and develop relationships with key stakeholders across your customer portfolio
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer queries, issues, and escalations
  • Conduct regular check-ins, service reviews, and online meetings
  • Maintain accurate customer records, contracts, and onboarding documentation
  • Prepare quotes, proposals, and support tender submissions
  • Manage contract renewals and pricing updates
  • Drive portfolio performance through pipeline management, upselling, and cross-selling
  • Maintain data integrity across CRM and internal systems
  • Produce regular performance and service reports
  • Manage invoicing queries, credit requests, and payment follow-ups
About You
  • Proven B2B account management experience
  • Strong commercial acumen, particularly across pricing, quoting, and revenue drivers
  • High attention to detail with strong administrative capability
  • Ability to manage a high-volume workload and competing priorities
  • Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
  • Proficient across CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
