About The Company

If you're early in your marketing career and want more than just being a cog in the machine, this is the role that accelerates everything. Real campaigns. Real ownership. Real impact.

This is an opportunity to join a national, market leading business with a dominant presence across Australia and New Zealand, backed by global scale and serious investment in marketing, technology and customer experience. The business is established, but the mindset is anything but. It's fast, evolving and commercially sharp, with a marketing team that sits right at the centre of growth.

You won't be hidden behind layers here. You'll be in the detail, in the execution and in the conversations that matter.

About The Role

This isn't a "post and schedule" type role. You'll be embedded across campaigns, brand, digital and stakeholder engagement, gaining exposure most coordinators don't see for years.

You'll work closely with experienced marketers, regional leaders and external partners, giving you a clear line of sight from idea through to commercial outcome. It's the kind of environment where you build capability fast and where good work gets noticed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver and coordinate integrated campaigns across digital, print and events
  • Write engaging content across social, email, blogs and campaign assets
  • Manage campaign timelines, assets and the content calendar
  • Track performance and optimise campaigns using data and insights
  • Ensure brand consistency across all channels and touchpoints
  • Manage social media including posting, engagement and community management
  • Monitor and respond to online reviews to enhance customer experience
  • Support SEO, email marketing and website updates via CMS
  • Use Google Analytics and CRM tools to track performance and identify opportunities
  • Partner with regional teams to tailor marketing for local markets
  • Liaise with agencies and suppliers to deliver campaigns effectively
  • Support internal communications, recruitment campaigns and events

About You

You're organised, proactive and naturally curious. You don't just execute, you think about how things can be better. You're comfortable juggling multiple priorities and you take ownership of your work.

You're creative, but not in a vacuum. You understand that good marketing drives outcomes, and you're keen to learn how to balance creativity with performance.
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications or similar
  • Experience across digital campaigns and multi channel marketing
  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills
  • Hands on experience managing social media platforms
  • Understanding of SEO, CMS platforms and Google Analytics
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office
  • Clear communication skills and a genuine can do attitude
  • 2+ years' experience in B2B and B2C environments
  • A proactive self-starter who takes ownership and works well both independently and as part of a small team
The pace is fast, the expectations are high and the team is genuinely collaborative. You'll be surrounded by people who know what good looks like and who are invested in helping you get there.

There's structure where it matters, but also the flexibility to bring ideas, challenge thinking and improve how things are done.

What's on Offer
  • Competitive salary package with performance bonus
  • Onsite parking
  • Flexible working arrangements
  • High visibility role with direct impact on brand and customer experience
