My client is looking for a Marketing Director to lead the ANZ marketing function, drive market expansion, and elevate brand presence through bold strategy, strong execution, and sharp commercial acumen. About the Role
- Lead the end-to-end marketing strategy across Australia and New Zealand for two iconic products in the healthcare space
- Manage and mentor a team of six experienced marketers across multiple product verticals including B2B and B2C channels
- Own the development and implementation of local pricing strategies in partnership with regional teams
- Work closely with the sales, clinical, and commercial leadership to align marketing efforts with business objectives
- Drive product marketing for both established and emerging categories, ensuring a consistent and compelling value proposition across all channels
- Balance high-level strategic leadership with hands-on execution – from campaign ideation to roll-out and performance analysis
- Influence and shape cross-functional planning at the leadership table, both locally and regionally
- Represent ANZ in the APAC marketing leadership group, providing insights, feedback and direction to elevate regional performance
- You’re a sharp, commercially-minded marketing leader with a proven track record in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or health tech
- You’re equally comfortable building boardroom-ready strategies and rolling up your sleeves to make sure a campaign hits the ground running
