This is a brand built on beautiful natural fibres, timeless design and genuinely warm service. Now they need a Store Manager who can bring that to life on the floor every single day.
The role
You'll lead from the front: selling, styling and inspiring a high-performing team through your own example. You'll own the store's results, from sales and profitability to visual presentation, inventory and KPIs, and work closely with leadership to shape how the brand shows up in its biggest retail space to date.
What you'll bring
✦ 3+ years' management experience in fashion retail, with a proven record of hitting targets
✦ A natural stylist's eye and the ability to sell the story, feel and lifestyle behind the product
✦ Strong commercial and operational grip: budgets, VM, stock and KPIs
✦ A genuine coaching style that builds confident, motivated, customer-obsessed teams
✦ A passion for elevated, luxury customer experiences
